I bought my 2 dogs in one was to have there face trimmed but didnt get done. Our other dog had his nails done then he was crying he was well nothing wrong with him the blamed it on his breed when it wasnt even that. You guys are crul and nasty people for what u did to my maltese it makes me angery. I will tell the wold what u did i do not recomend these vet my dog had to be put down thanks to u

The after hours vet last Thursday 4th Nov 2021 was just wonderful. We had an emergency and he came to rescue our beloved Korda in his last hour and helped him cross the rainbow bridge. We very much appreciated the approach, sensitivity and availability.

Out family would love to say thank you to all the staff who cared for one of our family members Dennis after he was struck by a car. They made sure we were fully informed and kept up to date as to how he was doing throughout his assessment, treatment, surgery and post surgery. Sadly Dennis lost his leg and tail but we were confident on the advice given to us by his vet that as a young cat, he would be fine. Again thank you so much for all your help.

Really really bad experience with these vets. Asked one of the male vets to trim my dogs nails during an appointment and left with a dog with 2 bleeding paws. He was cutting the nails way too short to the point where nearly every single nail was bleeding. Blamed it on the nails being too long. However, never in 6 years have my dogs nails bled so profusely while being trimmed no matter how long. My dog was clearly in a lot of pain and was terrified. I asked the vet many times to stop and just let me hold my dog. He did not. I told him many times that my dog was bleeding too much and asked him clearly to stop and that I would get them done from elsewhere just for him to continue and give the excuse of the nails being too long. There was way too much blood on the table and it took me a very long time even after returning from the vets to get the bleeding to stop as the vets could not stop it. Very very bad experience and would not recommend or go back.

Never Again!! Every single time (3) they have completely miss diagnosed my pups issues.Spent over 1k and solved nothing!! I could go on and on.Off to another vet. Absolutely terrible experience all round!

We see Kate for our pooches skin problems, it’s always great going to the vet, our pup gets lots of cuddles and the vets there really care. They make sure they figure out what exactly is going on, how to treat the actual problem and give advice on how to prevent. These vets really care about animals ❤️

Never again! Appalling quality of care. I was shocked and disappointed. Tauranga Vets failed to examine or assess my cat appropriately resulting in a misdiagnosis which went on to cost hundreds of dollars at a more reliable vet clinic. When I provided feedback to Tauranga Vets, their staff lied about what had occurred despite not having any documentation or clinical notes to support their claims. They refused to offer an apology or compensation. As a health professional myself I was horrified by their conduct.

After rushing my dog back to my usual vet (not this vets) due to his unwellness and being told he was on his way out. I requested further investigation into what was going on. I was referred to tauranga vets, upon arriving they rushed my dog through for an ultrasound and I waited patiently. The staff were respectful and professional the whole way. Getting updates as it was necessary. Once full diagnosis had been done we recieved the dreaded news and were given the time to spend with him before the needle. Today I picked up his ashes and was grateful they had taken the time to honour my husband's strange request as well as get paw prints. Thanks team for your professionalism throughout this whole experience. We are forever grateful.
