I can understand why people get frustrated. Rude manager, ignorant to CGA and my experience has left me never wanting to set foot in that store again. I’ll be shopping at JB where the staff are at least decent.

Counted 9 staff in store , 5 customers max and still no one answers the phone . Stop standing around gossiping and answer the phone . If your inventory management was better then customers wouldn’t have to constantly double check !

The service here is terrible. The lady at the front desk blatantly ignored me and it wasn't until I repeated myself a bit louder asking for assistance that she told me to go ask some one else for help. The guy who ended up assisting me was incredibly unhelpful and almost made me cover the repairs for my item with my own money. Turns out I had warranty and yes the staff can search this up in their data base (if they can be bothered! I found out by asking the NL chat online). Better off going to the Sylvia Park NL. They were much nicer/helpful and actually know how to smile

BE WARNED low customer service, missing parts. Suffering from allergies, I searched for a Mille Vacumn cleaner. I was in such discomfort I budgeted the $30 Uber fare to Mount Wgtn Noel Lemon, after confirming they had the model in stock. Customer service wasn't great but I waited as I had done my research. They rummaged round the back for 10min, emerged with the vacumn, and pushed the 3yr wty. Back home I realized a major part was missing!! I rang CS - no empathy, repeated that I needed to go back to mnt wgtn. I got more empathy from the Uber driver. The manager proposed to order another one as they were out of stock. He didn't understand each store visit was costing me $60. He blamed the supplier. They refunded the purchase but I was $60 out of pocket. I bought this, took it home then had to immediately take it back across town. This was a complete waste of time. Buyer beware, check boxes before leaving the store.

Wonderful shopping experience. The staffs were very very professional and friendly. Especially Hemanth, he gave us a lot useful advice and patiently answered all our questions. We ended up bought the washing machine we want. Very very happy experience. Thanks for the help!
