I witnessed the woman being really rude to a support worker who did not order anything as she was only there to support her disabled client who cannot go herself. I've been a customer for years but that's it for me.Any negative review and she makes terribly rude responses.

As a Support Worker in Tauranga, I am a regular customer with my clients. More often than not, I do buy something while I am there. Today I was publicly shamed because I didn't buy food but had a glass of water. Won't be returning.

Lovely food and drinks with a good selection to choose from. Portions are decently sized and well priced. The people are what make this place special: they’re always warm, friendly and welcoming. Rexxa Bakehouse is easily my favourite cafe and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
