I have made a point of getting my hair cut at Jacques whenever I am in Wellington. Some of those cuts have been over 10 years apart, but I am always recognised and made to feel special. The great thing is that the service is matched by the quality of the work by Jacque and his team.My wife was extremely happy with the latest colour and style.

The loveliest experience I've had at a hairdresser in Wellington... better yet, in all of NZ! Dho was so kind and gentle, gave the best head massage, and I walked out with a great haircut to boot! Lovely lovely team, couldn't recommend more.

Jacques Hair Design is THE go to Salon, they are staffed with wonderfully caring characters who are there to ensure your happiness and comforts. They won’t let an unsatisfied customer walk out that door! They were very understanding when my Laybuy account wasn’t activating and found another way around it.Highly recommend for affordable pricing, and end results are to DIE FOR! Definitely going back

I have been looking for a hairstylist since my stylist from an another saloon moved to Australia last year and finally I found about Jacques Hair design and my experience was awesome. Jiwan one of the senior hair stylist is extremely talented. She did highlights and color to my hair and the result was stunning. My previous dull hair look changed to a fresh new look. The choice of the toner was amazing as it suited my skin tone and I am very happy with my new look. I will definitely recommend everyone to visit there who is looking for a nice hair treatment. The entire staff is friendly and the ambiance of the saloon is very nice. Definitely it will be a good experience. Definitely worth your money.I would recommend their service. Hands-down the most personal, luxurious, kind, and fantastic experience I've ever had! Decided to treat myself by getting a blow out, and wound up feeling and looking like I'd spent the entire day at a premium spa. Jaques is genuine, warm, gentle, compassionate, knowledgeable and honestly makes the best espresso I've ever had. I have an exceptionally sensitive scalp, and Jacques expertise combined with empathy helped me feel comfortable in his skilled hands. From the top-tier massage chair to the most relaxing scalp massage I've ever had-what I thought would be a blow out turned into an exceptional experience. Jacques told me that by the time we were done, I'd look like a celebrity, and not only was he correct (as several friends commented) but I felt like one too. Truly warm, wonderful, welcoming professionals who made me feel like I had a new home and family within the city of Wellington.

I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. Jiwan is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. I’ve been getting compliments all day long today after getting my highlights done from her, she is really nice and got eye to detail. Also, don’t forget Jacques special coffee when u r in the Salon made by Jacque himself …he is very friendly and nice person too.. thank you team…you guys are great ❤️

I had my first haircut at Jacques Hair Design with Giwan and she did an amazing job. She listened to what I wanted but also provided advice on what she thought would look good for my hair. I knew what was happening the whole time and was really happy with the results. I got lots of compliments for days after! :)
