Awesome as always. Just bought some new Hawgs 70mm wheels this afternoon. Even came with free stickers. As always the Boss was friendly and Will was most helpful. Save your time and energy, why wait to have something delivered, when you can buy instore and get busy skating.

Ordered edgie wedgie and launchpad harness online to be delivered to Wellington.Their site mentioned that deliveries will be dispatched midweek (48 hours). Gave them a ring to confirm and was told they could send it that day if I complete the order before noon.I received confirmation mail that a separate mail will arrive once package is dispatched. None arrived, not to the staffs fault as the package was really sent that day, some weird system congestion perhaps.Happy with the service, just give them a ring for any concerns. Product packaging is good.

Lovely service, ended up getting the type of skateboard I didn't think I'd like but they assistant was super nice and made me feel really comfortable trying different boards. Very happy with my purchase!

The power straps on my son's ski boots broke and the shop I bought from couldn't repair. Rang Snowride who asked me to bring in and they would see what could be done but they were confident could sort something out using parts from under-warranty returned boots. Boots were fixed by that afternoon. Got bindings moved on skis to fit boots, again quick turnaround as not too busy midway though season, unlike at beginning of season when they were inundated with customers. Awesome service, couldn't fault it.

Damaged my board real bad and they got it back to almost better than new. I rode the board the next day and there was a huge difference hopefully won't need to go for a repair again but if I do this will definitely be the place.

Did full tune here, great technique. But customer service is horrible. No greeting at all. Especially for that girl, if you don’t want to work and deal with customers. Quit! When I collected my board, no communication just dropped my board on the floor. And let us to pay. At least let customer check their board alright?

Awesome little shop with super knowledgeable staff. Took in a pair of boots had purchased second hand that weren't quite right. Although the shop was really busy Tom was more than happy to help and work on getting boots fit for purpose.Thanks team
