Worst BK in Christchurch lmao, every single time you go ya have to wait 30-40 mins for your food. Always cold burgers, you’d think they would be fresh after taking 20 minutes to make. Not fast or convenient & awful quality. & SO EXPENSIVE NOW!!

I purchased one of their $7 meals, just to find dead bugs along the window sills, and a fly or two flying around. I sent some photos to the BK Facebook Page but no response - I often don't eat at BK cause it sucks, but it was the only thing in the area for me to eat. Could have gotten a fresh sandwhich from Z next door, probably will do that in the future.

Waited at least 15 minutes in the queue before being able to place a order. Drive through staff member did not seem too concerned that it was taking so long. The burgers when they arrived were Luke warm, bordering on cold

Sorry team - it was a disappointing experience. The service was quick, however there was no ice in the drinks machine, Fanta was flat so I tipped it out and refilled with Sprite...which was also flat (so was the LandP) The chicken burger had hardly any lettuce and the menu pictures are not an accurate representation of the product. Not value for money or appetizing. Won't be returning.

Went in and the floor had boot marks all over the ground making the place not look nice to eat in. The service was not the best but it was kinda okay. The food was made very quick probably because we were the only people in there but the food looked not that great itself. The buns were dry and the burgers looked like they have been squash down. The patties on the other hand looked as thin as the paper bag that they gave us. Also ordered some churros and got the same amount as the customers they had, 3.

I've been here at 9 pm, 4/3/23.I've ordered a meal set.Unfortunately, I saw a female staff in the kitchen throwing my burger to a male staff, and he dropped the burger n gave it back to repack the burger. She repacked and threw to the male staff again. Luckily, he didn't drop the burger this time.He put the burger in the takeaway bag and gave it to me.Who likes contaminated food?

If you are driving north and need a sleep on your travels your best option is to stop here…… free parking and by the time your order is ready or someone has come to the microphone you will be well rested and ready for your next part of your travels….. I must warn everyone that the enthusiasm and happiness is almost too much to deal with……. Pretty sure I spent more on diesel idleing than what my meal cost.
