Wonderful company, gates arrived on time and once installed I called many times to ask questions and they were always helpful and accommodating, nothing was ever a problem.

After receiving a quote for $16000 to provide and fit a gate and automation kit from another company I searched and found Easygate. I sent them an inquiry not expecting a reply as they are situated in Tauranga and me in Ruakaka. However, I was wrong. I received a prompt response from David of Easygate. We discussed options and costs and was advised the gate would take four weeks to build. Four weeks later the gate was made and shipped to me within a few days. Although I haven’t installed it yet (due to the rain!) the gate looks great. It’s finished and coated to a high degree. The finish exceeded my expectations and all for a fifth of the price of my original quote. Their website has full installation instructions which are easy to follow. David and the team were fantastic to deal with and made the whole process a breeze. The delivery company were great too.

Very poor customer service. Ordered the Mastiff 400 as I have a few questions about the installation I have tried contacting the team through the website and direct email multiple times. But still no response.

Amazing service and the team are very helpful! I'm super happy with my covers for the outside heatpump units. The covers are discreet and stylish!

Have been having issues with my roller gate motor in Auckland and David at EasyGate has been very helpful. Very knowledgeable and helped diagnose the problem over a few phone calls. Prompt shipping for the replacement part with further over the phone instructions for install and reset. Great service, thanks!

we ordered 2 manually opening gates, these guys were VERY helpful and gave me some great tips. These gates are NZ made so that was important to me. Hardware is great quality and for the money it was fantastic value, I could not have made these gates cheaper myself and trust me I looked hard at doing that. install was a breeze. my advise would be to ask questions if you have any doubts on how these all work, these guys will guide you through and you will end up with a very professional looking install. well worth buying their posts as they are thick wall and no need for crush tubes. I rate this business 5 stars

Extremely happy with our EasyGate, we ordered a 10 meter sliding telescopic gate. Nice looking, all parts very solid including motor and gear rack. My first time DIY installing a gate but all went well, works perfectly with thanks to the owners that are VERY helpful and gave me all the pro tips. Highly recommended.
