Hair on the pizza and tastes horrible, tried calling the store the staff picks up and says let me pass it to the manager then after 2mins sorry the manager is not in the store he says then puts me on hold had to wait 10mins then tried recalling and never picks up the phone at all. Terrible customer service and terrible pizzas not hygienic at all especially during these pandemic times. Just don't order Domino's people go for pizza hut or pizza club

I ordered food for delivery over the phone and told that it would be there in 12 minutes and to meet in the hotel lobby. No one showed up, so after waiting 40 minutes, I called and was told that they never made the food and that it wasn’t coming. Disappointing.

Don’t seem to understand why there are so many bad reviews on this dominoes. Had my pizza delivered home, was fast and easy. The cheesy garlic bread didn’t taste very good, I’d recommend the original garlic bread instead of the new one. The vegetable pizza tasted absolutely amazing I’d absolutely recommend that pizza!!

Ordered a lava puff roll, was literally just raw pizza dough around a lava cake. Staff were very rude and didn’t seem to care. Very poor standards

I had the same issue as someone else has had with this store! I ordered my pizza around 4:30 and it has taken two hours for 2 pizzas, a drink and garlic bread to be delivered! The first time I called them they told me that my order was on its way and that I'd get a call from the delivery driver soon, the second time I called they told me that my order has not even left the store yet! Definitely choose another place to order your pizza in town!

Cheap pizza than other Domino’s around the word. XL here is not the same XL size as other countries, which you probably noticed from the price.The cheese taste a little bit different, I think that was also a reason why the pizza was cheap as well.Definitely try it once though if you are living in Auckland.

I placed an order on Monday to be delivered at 1pm on Tuesday. The shop sent 2 delivery drivers to deliver the pizza. The shop is only 400m from our office and it took them 30 minutes to get here. They delivered $190 worth of pizza to a different place. After half a dozen calls and text messages with the drivers, the cold pizzas arrived at 1.30pm. Our student event had ended and we were ashamed of giving our students what had been delivered. It would be great for future reference to provide delivery drivers with some sort of GPS system/google maps so they can find the addresses, and instruct them how to follow directions, as we were repeatedly on the phone to them telling them how to get to our place, in the end we had to go out to the road and find them. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have at least an extra half an hour up your sleeve to wait around even if ordering online beforehand. Have been to this store a handful of times and it’s always understaffed resulting in a less than ideal experience. The wait time for someone to come to the counter and ask your order name alone is always ridiculous.Not staffs fault but definitely not the place to be going if you’re in a pinch or value your time at all.

36.99 for a BBQ chicken and bacon pizza not even large, complete rip off. Rang the shop, they said it includes delivery fee...but that was included elsewhere in the bill, guy was clueless, pizza not even very good. Doesn't even deserve one star...never again and neither should you

Tooo much attitude, bad behaviour, no smile and not replying appropriate way.I bought a pizza from ur domino’s pizza (elliott street) there was a girl in the counter, she look like indian girl. Time:- 12:15 pm, me and my friend was also noticed and one more costumer told me why she was sooo rude . Please teach her how to talk with costumers.We love pizza not rubbish behaviourWe paid for food not for bad behaviour. Maybe u loose costumer with that kind of staff.
