Excellent service and advice which started off with help in setting up a website which has been a game changer for us to be able to efficiently process on-line orders during lockdowns. Heat pressing of our company logo on face masks and hats for staff. Fast turnaround. Looking forward to developing a new staff uniform shortly.

Had my daughter's name put on her hat for daycare. My daughter loves it. Everyone has been asking where to get it done for their kids. Makes it so easy to identify, especially when there's 3 other kids with the same hat. Service & delivery was great.

We got in contact with The Embroidery Warehouse over lockdown to supply us with face masks. Due to being a frontline emergency service worker the need for the masks was urgent. Roxy came through for us with an immediate, contactless pickup option, going over and above what was expected of her. The quality of the masks was incredible and the service we received was top notch. We will be returning to The Embroidery Warehouse in the near future to have our business shirts labelled. We recommend Roxy for all of your embroidery, printing and apparel needs.Thanks again Roxy.

The Embroidery Warehouse came to the rescue and went above and beyond for us. Roxy totally saved the day when our other supplier was unable to complete our merchandise order. We were repeatedly told by so many other companies that there was no way our order could be completed in time for a large lifeguarding event we had in two days time. Somehow The Embroidery Warehouse managed to pull this off for us and were competitively priced and the quality of the work was excellent. We cannot express how much we appreciated this. Roxy was beyond helpful and comes up with solutions to make things work. Highly recommend The Embroidery Warehouse.
