Used Unblock NZ on Monday. They came the same day and did a great job dealing with a drain blocked with concrete washdown from a neighbour's building site! The technician was professional and went to a lot of trouble to make sure that the blockage was identified and cleared. Provided a written report including photos to support our discussion with the neighbour :-) Not an easy job and we are very pleased with the result.
