Super easy with online booking, regular comms via texts regarding when to drop off bike for service, when job commenced/completed and options to make payment online or in-store. No nasty surprises, whole experience a breeze & quick! Helpful & friendly staffs during pick up ;)

Staffs are so friendly, I’m a beginner and don’t know which one is suitable. I asked lot of Qs and a young gentlemen patiently explain it all. I went back to bought 2 bikes eventually, one for myself and one for my wife.

Visited the store to help get advice about tidying my bikes up for summer use as they had been gathering rust and grit over the last 6 months. Customer service was top notch and all staff were more than happy to help and offer advice. Will be shopping/visiting here more often. Highly recommended

The team at Rosedale branch are incredible. I wanted to get a particular bike available in Australia, but apparently not New Zealand. After approaching several other bike shops who were unable (or unwilling) to do this, I went into Evo and spoke to Shaun, who made it happen. Amazing. Also spoke to Phil regarding bike size. He was very very helpful and patient. The customer service at this branch went beyond what I have experienced at any other bike shop.
