Specialising in native NZ hardwoods, we offer a variety of BBQ wood chunks and wood splits for low and slow BBQ smoking including; Pohutukawa, Oak, Manuka, Puriri; fruit woods like Apple, Black Walnut, Black Wattle, Cherry, Feijoa, Grape, Guava, NZ Pecan, Olive, Peach, Pear and Plum; while Gum and Totara are perfect for the brazier or log burner.

Did my first order from Urban Lumberjack for some pohutukawa wood, all I can say is anyone who BBQs should order from Urban Lumberjack. Absolutely fantastic experience with these guys can't be faulted in anyway at all. Right from order to collection. Some of the best smoked meat we have produced this weekend gone with the amazing Pohutakawa and Oak pieces. Will be back again for sure.

The best place to score wood. I've used other brands, especially Cherry, but there's something different about Urban Lumberjacks. It is now my go to.I recently picked up some of Matt's Pecan chunks, and they are a gamechanger. I'll be stocking up before it sells out.
