Narrativ is my go to! Love this little shop and the service they provide. Ellen and Hollie are always up for a chat, make you feel so welcome, help with any indecisions lol. The store has a lot to offer!!

Ordered the muka tie as I am expecting my first child in September. I am based in London so I had this sent to my Mum's address in Auckland. Unfortunately the courier delivered it to the wrong address. I emailed Ellen who followed this up for me and sent out a new one for infection control purposes in case the package had already been opened. Great, efficient, and friendly service. Looking forward to using this on my baby's pito and being part of reviving some of our traditional Maori birthing practices.
