So i purchased a car from industry & dealt with Nathan. From the start, he was a pleasure to deal with & went out of his way to answer questions & make my buying experience as easy as possible. After taking ownership of vehicle i noticed a couple of things i felt were overlooked & needed sorting (things the compliance/wof inspector should have picked up on which is out of industry motors control & no reflection on them) i contacted Nathan & he immediately arranged to get the issues sorted (only minor issues but none the less he was on to it!) I am in the Manawatu, saw a car i was interested in on trade me and contacted Industry Motors. Dealt with Julles. He was always happy to answer my questions, sent me extra videos of the car etc. given that I was buying without seeing the car in person or driving it, something well outside of my comfort zone!
