Had our chimney swept by Daniel today. From admin through to the job, this company are great to deal with.Left no mess at all. Came on time. Got a text reminder the day before to remind us about our appointment. Found them very knowledgeable about fireplaces and chimneys.He even volunteered to touch up the paint work on our fireplace! Looks great now too.Will definitely use again for our annual clean. Thanks again team.

If you're hoping that your chimney sweeper will arrive at your property and announce their presence before deigning that you're not in, these guys might not be for you. I can't quite explain it but he turned up, and didn't phone, text, email or knock on the door. In fact he didn't even get out of his van! As I was walking up the driveway to greet him, he drove off and I got a call from head office asking where I was. Unfortunately by the time they got hold of him to say I was indeed home he was a few minutes' drive away and didn't fancy back tracking. No apology from the company. Two stars because at least they didn't try to charge me.Edit: down to one star due to reply below. We've got security cameras showing him arriving and leaving after 1 minute and 5 seconds. I was home, and to say you can judge a two storey four bedroom house with a back garden and a garage to be empty from the main road is a little ludicrous.

Thanks Dan for a job well done. On time and efficient. An expert in his field who knew our metro fireplace down to exactly the positioning of the dowels that held the fire bricks in place.There was no mess. He is extremely meticulous in keeping the place clean. And the small pile of soot left in the fire place guickly burnt away with the next fire.With winter just around the corner, so glad you could fit us into your busy schedule.Excellent Job well done.

Extremely happy with the exceptional service I've received from Daniel and the rest of the team. Very punctual and arrived right on time, Daniel was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.Appearing to Have expert knowledge in fireplaces, the work was carried out efficiently. Administration was very helpful and polite, and knew their stuff. Have used them to window clean and water blast the house a few years back and they did an amazing job then, and continue to still provide wonderful services. I Would highly recommend these guys!

Today I had the pleasure of a visit from Daniel of Smoky Chimney Sweeps to conduct a chimney sweep and safety check. Daniel did an excellent job and also took the time to draw a diagram with notes to explain how to get the best out of my antique 60 year old fire place. He's a great communicator, friendly, prompt, reasonably priced and started work on time. Highly recommended.

I am a property manager and these guys are so professional and reliable. They really know their fires and chimneys, great to have a cert from them for your insurance protection. Fast Friendly service, and if you don't book til late Autumn I guess a popular well run company will be booked out so totally worth the wait for these guys.
