Visited Tauranga Eye Specialists yesterday. Although I arrived about 20mins early, they greated me happily. The whole experience of the appointment was so professional.All my tests were completed by really friendly and efficient technicians. They explained everything thoroughly and all results and notes were ready for Dr Kent Chow's viewing by the time I reached his office.Kent was very thorough, explained things in simple terms for me and was extremely polite and professional. I walked out of the appointment having experienced fantastic service and all the answers I was looking for.Thank you Tauranga Eye Specialists and Dr Chow you are very valued people in this business...keep up the great work and thanks again for the great experience.

I have recently had my final checkup following cataract surgery in both eyes which included the implantation of a toric lens in my right eye. From my first visit, and through both surgical procedures, I was dealt with in a completely professional and sensitive manner. The result has been INCREDIBLE. My distance vision is now fantastic and the clarity and vivid colours are amazing. I can thoroughly recommend Dr Kent Chow.

I had both eyes operated on at the same time. Dr Kent Chow was very thorough in his approach to my eye issues. I had very poor sight due to astigmatism, short sightedness and a cataract in my right eye. He deliberated over what were my best options and what would give me my greatest outcome. I went with his advice. The actual operation was professionally done. His feedback that things were going well and also telling me step by step what was about to happen next was very reassuring as I had the lens replacement procedure done. After surgery there was good follow up. I would definately recommend Dr Chow for anyone who has eye issues and particularly to those people who have more complex issues.
