I was hooked after my first class. Kids class is amazing too. Has helped my kids with discipline, respect and confidence. Sime is an awesome teacher makes things simple to understand

I have started training BJJ at Eastside grapplers at the age of 51 and have been training once or twice a week for the last year, with a few Lockdown related interruptions excluded.I love how Sime, our headteacher, has created a relaxed environment that allows everyone to feel welcome, comfortable and uninhabited and therefore just be able to train, regardless of age, gender, fitness or skill level.
