Very fast ordering and serving. Unfortunately, twice they forgot to put a burger to the order, so we had to come back. Just check your order before leaving.

Been to this McD’s a few times, it always surprises me the the acting manager is always in casual clothes and never wears a cap or hair net, not really a great role model for the team… Another thing that bugs me about this McDonalds in the car park is unsafe and traffic is often over crowded. Not a fan of this McDonalds (shame they shut the one in the local mall). Nelson one is so much nicer sorry guys.

Food was typical mcdondals....Highlight was the awesome staff on an Easter Friday. Nothing like the indifferents staff at my McDonalds in Auckland. Everyone was busy, happy and the place was clean.Thanks

Staff are friendly and food, same as always. Typical fast food chain, offers free parking space, drive thru, play area and dinning in option.

As a delivery driver we have time expectations. We came through to pick an order up that was marked ready to pick up and waited around for an extra hour before it was actually ready. On top of the wait the customer only received half of there order. This needs to be worked on .

My review is in regards to the App you can only use 1 numbered code through drive through compared to other McDonald's locations, apart from this food and general service was great,I'm not impressed especially when purchasing for the family if I went in store and used the kiosk and App to order I could order more, than one code, other stores you can order 2 through the App sort it out team/managers/owners your the only McDonald's in the area that does this and your letting yourselves loose money, I left your store not mcloving it at all.

Food doesn't look anything like the pictures. The staff can even talk to you let alone give a smile or thank you. Tables dirty & bin overflowing.
