I highly recommend this place. I had my ears blocked and I couldn't hear anything. Kindly, they make an appointment for me a Saturday day while others places were closed. The doctor helped me to remove the wax ear and then I am able to hear perfectly again. The team is so friendly, made me feel good.

My wife and I had noticed my hearing has been deteriorating for some time - I assumed it was age related due to being 69.When one ear became blocked to the extent that I couldn't hear out of it I decided to get it suctioned at Here Again. Neil had to persevere and use a range of techniques to skillfully remove 20mm plugs of wax from each ear. Amazingly I can hear again - and without any technological hearing aids! Everything in life now sounds so crisp and sharp! I highly recommend Hear Again - a convenient location, the staff are great and good fun. Thanks to the Hear Again team - regards David

I've taken elderly relatives to hearing shops over the years and have always found them somewhat pushy and commercial. Having taken my old Mum to Neil at Hear Again over the last year I have been very impressed and very pleased with his patience and professionalism. He iss focused on a getting a good outcome and has a very easy manner. I thoroughly recommend.

I had an itchy, blocked ear for a few months and kept putting it off thinking it would come right over time. I finally gave in and after reading the reviews for Hear Again, I decided to book an appointment. Neil is such a gentle and kind professional, he explained each step and gave clear instructions. The ear cleaning process was very quick and satisfying to see what was removed. I will recommend to my friends and family!

After having hearing aids for 28 months and going back several times to where I bought them, having trouble with the aids and was told there was nothing wrong with them. Making an appointment with Hornby Hear Again clinic, my hearing aids are brilliant and can hear again. Neil was brilliant and very helpful, I would highly recommend them.
