I was surprised about getting a 5 years old car, full of marks and well driven in the past, not what it was advertised. But it went well and served the purpose.

All of the instructions and information prior to booking were understandable and easy to follow.We got a free transfer from the airport to the car rental address, for 9 of us and all of our luggage. Communication was easy and seamless.We had 2x rentals booked. Both 2016 Toyota Corolla hatchbacks, one red, one black. We had a car seat booked for an under 2, and a suitable seat was provided. The cars were good looking and in great condition. They were smooth to drive and ride in, and amazing on petrol, reducing our travel costs. Bluetooth connection for cellphone hands free music and calling. A USB port for a charger cord. Sound system was great, good for playing music while cruising. It was extra cute that they were the same car in different colours so we were driving around QT twinning!Service was polite and friendly, and we promptly received our bond after returning the cars in the condition we received them in. They happily accommodated us returning the vehicles 1.5hrs earlier than initially planned. We also got a free ride to the airport for our flight home.Great price for the rentals and service. I would easily choose to rent here the next time I'm in QT.

I have contacted them for the release of the Pre authorised funds of $900+ and that money has not been released into my account, 3 weeks after returning the car. Still waiting.

I had issue with the company before when try to contact them. It seems they never reply my email. Eventually I was able to get through and someone helped to amend my booking. The actual service was pretty good and we had an accident with the car door but luckily we bought the full insurance with zero excess. I would recommend this company, it is legit. Just ensure you always get the insurance with zero excess to cover anything mishap.

Nice vehicle, good pricing but on returning the vehicle the owner implied there was more scratches and dents, on a car that was already covered in scratches and dents and was documented prior to our hiring. Disappointing way to end an awesome holiday when they implied we had scratched the rear bumper. The photos the owner took were of a freshly washed vehicle in great sunshine, we returned the vehicle in dusty and dirty etc and it was overcast so the images he took after our return looked worse. A little heated debate but we managed to get our bond back then headed to the airport. Their website was good. Easy to use and affordable. But the debate about the scratches went from a 4 star to 2.

Highly recommend this hire car service.Extremely reasonable, great car and service that goes above and beyond. I got lost returning the car and the young man was so respectful and helpful offering to meet me at a place more convenient and driving us straight to the airport to get our flight on time.Just a great service, value for money and first class without the bells and whistles.

Very great price!!!! certainly the cheapest in Queenstown.The car condition is quite good, and staff are all very helpful. They picked us up on time and explained everything to us. Very satisfying experience and will recommend this company to my friends who plan to go to Queenstown.

I rented a car with them on March 5th until 11th March 2023, everything was perfect until i returned the car. They hold my money NZ$1000 when i picked up the car (credited straight away from my bank account) and then they gave me the cancelation receipt of NZ$1000 deposit fee when i returned the car. I checked my bank account balance before i returned the car, and until now i havent received my NZ$1000 back to my account. Sent an email to them several times, but no reply.
