Night 'n Day Kaikorai Valley

I usually love visiting this store as the staff are very friendly and the muffins are delicious. I was super disappointed after my purchase last night however as I found that both the Up & Go and Reese's I purchased were expired, but were being sold full price and weren't in an out of date section. This is gross and unacceptable.

***BUYER BEWARE!!!***$7.50 for an Old School Deluxe shake which came in the smaller 480ml cup on the left. Cup on right came from the Night 'n Day Milton store which was correct size.I mentioned the issue to staff in store who told me that the management had instructed them to use the smaller cups, however the advertising remains showing a 730ml cup for $7.50.Nothing was offered to rectify the situation, so I have resolved myself to never return to the store. It is worth noting that many of the other Night 'n Day stores still do the full size cup, and don't operate under false advertising tactics.Absolute rip-off artists!

Dry overcooked chips. Hardly any salt. Way overcooked hotdog. Can of coke was best part of the meal. Staff were friendly

Handy location but went in today , looked at the food cabinets and drove to the George street night and day instead . At 11am , the salad cabinet was filthy, crumbs and smears and an old butter lid in the bottom . Wouldn’t trust to eat out of that . Dosnt look like it’s ever been wiped out . Pie warmer greasy and definitely not cleaned out or wiped out each day . No pride in appearance of any food cabinet . On public holiday none of these cabinets restocked or looking like you’d want to eat anything out of them . Excuse the pun but George street store verses this store in terms of cleanliness , night and day in difference ,

This acne ridden black haired girl was unnecessarily rude. She said something offensive but I was too distracted by her disproportionately sized nose. She’s wearing a gold crescent moon earring and had a terrible attitude.

There are much better night and days in Dunedin than this one! Went in this morning and spent over $30 on fruit, dog food etc and as it was lunchtime I ordered a hotdog. They looked as though they had just been cooked, I noticed the girl serving me digging around under the fresh hot dogs, I didnt say anything as there were people waiting behind me. When I got to the car I pulled out a disgusting overcooked unedible hotdog which looked like it had been in there for days,it went straight into the bin. Not the first time either I got a bacon and egg muffin recently and it had no bacon in it just an overcooked egg! Staff could also do with an attitude adjustment. Mornington night and day have delicious food, great service and its clean.

The staff here are the best reason to stop here. It's a night and day so you are passing a slight premium for convenience. But they do have a good range of products and the thick shakes are awesome.

Plenty of park. Stuff was fast service and pretty good store.

Great staff. But too much junk food and not enough fruit and vegetables.
