Was just at Infinity Mobiles asked the gentleman about about my phone not charging, which was a bit of an issue for me …. He got his tool out and cleaned the charge port out (simple I know ) but he could have told me to come back in 2 hours and charged me a fortune instead he did it for free! Totally excellent customer services I highly recommend these! guys !!

I purchased a car ph mount last week Sunday. I explained I was traveling to Hawkes Bay and needed something reliable and would last. I was sold one that cost $50. I thought it was expensive for what it was but I was in a rush and didn't have time to shop around. I didnt even stick around to grab a reciept. A hour into my trip and the ph mount literally falls apart. It was unusable. It felt cheap and the packaging it came in looked even cheaper. The following day while in Hastings, I was at one of those cheap Asian stores and I found the exact same car ph mount, in the same box, same barcodes on the box and identical in every way selling for $6.99. Selling very poor quality products at a massive markup is not cool. It wasn't fit for purpose. That's the last time you'll get a cent out of me.

Excellent service and very quick at fixing my daughters iPhone screen today. Highly recommend - if I could give more stars I would :D

Very disappointed with the service. My son bought ear phones here that stopped working after a week. There was also a small crack on the one earphone. Despite having our receipt the staff on duty was very rude and straight out said no. Why have a sign on your wall that your products come with one year warranty. Never recommending this store.

Amazing shop. I broke my phone in a bike crash and they swapped in some parts from another phone of the same model I had. They also gave a free screen-protector and stick on wallet.

Went to the shop to get a screen protector I bought directly from Samsung to be applied on my phone. Went very badly as not only was the staff not aware on how to add said screen protector, but while doing the task was on the phone with someone. Only reason he stopped was because I called him out on wasting the $30 screen protector. Would not recommend said shop at all and would suggest to go somewhere else for your mobile phone needs.

These guys are not efficient or skilled, we brought a phone screen in for repairs with our own parts which they said would work fine, we then had to wait 5 hours for them to replace the screen. Which in the end was not installed properly. The fingerprint scanner stopped working they forgot to remove the cover for the front camera so it was very blurry, then approximately 1 week later the screen stopped lighting up because the connector was not attached properly. So we had to go somewhere else to get the phone fixed
