2degrees is great, but this branch is a letdown. There's often a wait as it's under-staffed. The people keep changing as well, so the level of service is not good and ringing up the help desk is sometimes a better bet.

Have used their services a few times. There wasn't a big wait when I was there which was mornings or afternoons outside the weekend.The guys were honest with recommending the plans that suit best. The whole process was quick and hassle free. 2degrees is my preferred provider as they don't lock you in contracts. Their unused data carry over plans are unbeatable.
