Fantastic business, had to call dozens of garages in Auckland for a service before the Christmas rush and they slotted me in and sorted me out in no time. Super friendly team though, highly recommend!

3 stars for the service package that I got through Grabone.It was well priced and they did a relative good job.Wheel alignment was a definite upset,after the adjustment still had issues and went on the next day,they changed the tires(left - right rotation ) and told me the tires I have are not balanced.(Which I bought the day before and had balanced).Then I went to the guy who sold me the tires and he showed me on his equipment zero degrees issues with tire balance.Since I didn't have time I didn't pursue the matter with BDM.

Fantastic job done. Went for my Subaru Exiga service and wof. Ron and his experienced team doing amazing job. Thanks heaps. See you again. Cheers

Am a regular here for my car service, wof & anything that needs to get done, the team are absolutely helpful, professional and lovely, thank you BDM for always pulling through and providing the best quality for me and my family as vehicles are always needing to be certified & compliant when it is back on the roads. Do wish the BDM team a Happy New Year also, highly recommend & can guarantee no disappointment.

5star great service helping my tyre repair shop 4 kelpie ln otara

Turned up for my WOF and service which I had booked in a week prior only to be told they couldnt do the WOF as the guy" was out of town. They didnt call or text to inform me of this which I think is poor service as I would have rescheduled! I had to organise things and have someone collect me. I ended up having the service done and they called me about 3hrs later (1pm) as they had finished. I said I would be there around 3pm to get my car. The shop was closing (even though its meant to be open until 5pm) so was told I could collect my keys from the recycled clothing shop next door! Was worried my car might not even be there when I arrived. Honestly
