Extremely disappointed. Had a driving instructor flip me off while in the middle of a driving test. Yet I had the right away (turning left) they were turning right at a intersection. What a joke. Aswell as this being peak hour traffic around my daughter's school.

Had 1 customer before me. Took 1 hour to deal with them.(not a problem) ‘Ivy’ went on a break after dealing with them( not a problem) no one was there to replace her while she was away. No one informed us to wait for her to come back from break. Had to stare at the walls until she was back. Also was quite rude. There are other reviews as well of her being rude looks like a regular behavior

Arrived at 4.15 on second trip for the day after I didn’t have photo ID in morning. At 4.15 it was, I thought well in time for 5pm closing and was turned away from the door. Despite all paperwork already being signed and just needing eyesight certificate uploaded. Not allowed even to wait to see if queue got finished by 5pm. Misleading. That will mean four visits in total for renewal in what should have been two. My time is valuable. Misleading hours.

I have been here 3 seperate times now to transfer my license and every time I go I am told something different. The first time I went I was told i needed a form to prove my first license date. I got that for them and then I went and they said it needed to be certified. I got that, since I am from canada a certified version had to be scanned and sent to me, and they said it was not clear enough when printed and couldn’t be a scan which they never told me. myself and all my roommates could clearly read it. once again i was sent away after waiting in line for a third time for over an hour.

my partner went to get it done the IRD today and really worst service that she ever had. Service agent IVY" was so rude. Not a polite lady. She Might need a training of customer service first. Have seen so many nice people in New Zealand. But not like her. She was so rude. Never recommend to anyone. Worst service. Not even worth 1 star"

I had Anil for 5 lessons as my driving instructor in preparation for my restricted licence. He had previously taught my two older sisters and came highly recommended to me. He was super friendly and helpful and I attribute passing my licence on the first try with no errors to his awesome instruction!!
