I had experienced twice with this place. The first time it was quite effective and customer service is friendly. But the second time was a nightmare. I wait an hour only to be told that my booking is unsuccesful (though the payment is successful) and has to reshedule over phone. Then I take another 1.5 hour to reach the number. Clearly reshedule a driving test is a professional job and I was transfered to some senior staff. But during waiting the senior staff to pick up the phone, it got hung up.

VERY helpful and friendly staff on a Saturday morning, no long wait times like AA, super helpful and efficient.Would recommend over AA for your driver’s license needs

Have been here twice now for different reasons and both times have been very slow. Arrived an hour before closing and was told it was unlikely I would be able to get my drivers license renewal done. It would appear that they need more staff or to stay open longer on the weekend.

This review is just to thank Stuart for his excellent demeanor and professionalism when I was taking my restricted license test. I got very nervous the first two times I took the test and I failed, Stuart was really reassuring and kind. I passed third time thanks to Stuart. People like him make all the difference.

Been there for a WOF renewal. The 'drive-thru' setup is hit or miss as it can be crowded at times. I was fortunate that everything went very smoothly.

Excellent friendly service. Took my vehicle in for a wof, no wait time, straight through. Only gripe, the price! $70+ dollars for 15 mins work is a bit on the steep side.

These guys are the only VTNZ in Wellington to do motorcycles and the website says to call to find out what days they do them. So I called. And called. And called. And called. For days. No answer, ever. Called the Adelaide road branch to see if they could advise what days but they said I will need to drop by VTNZ Thorndon to ask. Speechless at this point. Sort it out.

Excellent service for my WOF. First time using this branch of VTNZ and I was amazed there were no queues. I used to go to Lower Hutt where the wait was usually over 2 hours so the difference was extraordinary. The staff were all helpful and friendly here as well. Great customer service all round. Highly recommend.
