Pascoes

A friend of mine gifted me a watch. Just coz I had exactly the same thing I wanted to return it and ask for refund or a gift card that I could use later as I didn't need anything. We went to return right next day so the watch was with us for only few hours. However, when we went there they denied any refund and also said they aren't doing any gift card during holiday season. I showed that their receipt states that we could return to get a gift card. The sales person was of no use and I didn't wanted to spoil anyone's holiday. So, we instead exchanged it for something my friend liked. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything as a surprise gift.

Was sent to Manukau store from sylvia park because the store person damaged a brand new watch setting the time with a screwdriver and was the last one in stock, then Manukau store tried to charge us an inflated price for exact same product I was refunded for less than two hours ago and was too lazy to call Sylvia park and check. Took business around the corner to Goldsmith's and will never use Pascoes brand again.

Good products. staff was very helpful. Bought a watch as a gift. Good quality genuine watch. However, I did not like their policy of returns and replace. I did get a gift card warranty though. (Something is better than nothing)So buy stuff only if you like it and not having second thoughts about your purchase. Here are the pics of my purchase.

Agree with a lot of the other reviews, customer service is pretty terrible. One of the young ladies was great, offered a lot of advice an information on watches we were looking at. The older woman and third lady we spoke with didn't seem all that interested in anything and provided conflicting information. Also, if you're buying a watch and are told ALL Seiko watches come with three free links to adjust sizes, I would take that with a grain of salt. While we were about to go ahead with a purchase the third woman came back and said they can only order in 1 additional link. So, no idea where the original information came from about them all having 3 links included.

Went in yesterday, was really disappointed with the service of tony very arrogant man told us straight away if you want to buy then call me, even if i wanted to buy was so embarrassed just walked out of the shop, customer service is zero just eyeballing the customers and wants to do nothing. Will never look at the shop ever again.

Disappointed. Called in today and waited over 20 minutes for service. It was pretty busy, so was happy to wait, however when one of the sales clerks finished with their customer and then served a new person who just walked in, I was pretty done. I was also standing a meter away from the clerk when this happened, so she knew I was there. I was shopping for a couple of watches, but I’ll just buy them crosstown from a differ Jeweller who recently offered far better service by simply acknowledging me when they were busy, and wound up getting custom. Really disappointed Pascoes, that pretty poor form.

Farzana at Manukau helped very professionally and honestly, no pushy and explained the pros and cons of items in terms of price and longevity.Thanks allot, I will definitely come back.

System doesn't allow me to give zero rating or else i would have, went to manukau store the lady there( whom i believe is from Philippines) was talking in a high tone and wasn't bothered to serve me at all, the other 2 staff seemed alright, worst customer service ever seen, went to sylvia park (excellent) but product wasn't available and then to Glenfield, the male worker there was very professional n helpful
