Stayed there for 2weeks at my son's house he has just moved down from Auckland great views of the hills covered in snow we had really nice weather easy to get about to other tourist spots

Nice up and coming area. Family friendly living with a nice park, tennis court, bbq area, cafe restaurant and cycle paths etc nearby.

Stayed in Our Pepe AirBnB. New suburb but still handy to Wanaka. Loved the AirBnB. Good layout of streets, easy access to the walks round Lake Wanaka and River Clutha.
