This is my $55 SNS manicure, felt pretty gutted that my nails came out worse than when I went in. I’m also a bit worried because there was a child there who was sick and I had to ask twice if it was possible that she could stand away as she was coughing a lot and I didn’t want to bring anything home to my Mum. I completely understand it’s hard for working Mums so didn’t want to make a fuss but I’m also nervous during these times. Really wish I could have had a better experience.Update: 3 days after my visit I got a terrible cold. I’m now having to stay away from my family not to make them sick. Really wish I hadn’t gone there.

Terrible experience, over priced. On entry the two staff were very unfriendly. I went in for gel polish removal - I was left waiting with the acetone on my nails for 25 minutes while the staff member sat on her phone. I didn’t even have my nails cut or re shaped, and they charged me $20. Will not be coming back here ever. 13/05/2023

Baddd experience. I know you’re not supposed to go to nail salons for eyelash extensions but when no one else is available you have to unfortunately. This lady went on her phone after every 2 eyelashes she put on me. There were gaps, lashes were droopy. Some were clumped and some were too far spaced. The last time I came here she was eating chips over me because she was hungry and crumbs fell on me I thought it was funny until now I realised she just doesn’t know to to be professional.

I’m reviewing 2 separate experiences. The first one was an appointment I made with my grand-daughter. We were taken nearly an hour late and the treatment was rough. The next one was an appointment for a half leg wax. This time I waited 10 minutes, then they took me and said to take off my shoes and lie down. I waited another 10 mins and still no one came so put me shoes back on and went to leave. As I walked out she was doing someone else’s nails. She said she was sorry and to go back in which I did. She was rough and rude and I won’t be going back there.
