Good party store for all your party needs most of the time. Their selection of costumes are pretty cool.

I’ve always found what I came looking for. There’s a lot of stuff packed in their smallish outlet. Apart from party stuff, storage, home use, hobbies, cooking etc.

Good service. Good choice of product and good prices

The company has no refund policy, which is not advertised. I was advised by the manager that since covid, a lot of people return party stuff which causes the company loss, hence there is a no return policy. However this was not advised prior to selling products. After requesting for 30 mins, the polite regional manager (Manjit) returned me my money.All the staff are very polite apart from Minie, the manager who tried to blame that I was arguing to get discounts and refund. She does not listen to the customer, and talks over them to push her point completely ignoring the customers point.If you read this, please take it as a constructive feed back. Please don’t talk over someone who’s trying to explain you their story and don’t raise your voice on customers. You made me feel as if I was defrauding the store and rather than keeping our conversations private, you were melting all customers hear our conversation which is not good for me or your business.I would also like to urge the management to ask Minie the manager to not address customers as buddy, bud, girl. Also to not roll eyes on people and make them feel inconsequential. It is lack severe of professionalism.

Quite quick and the spot to go to for anything deco related including cake

I suggest updating the closing time on your website and sign on your door. I have been twice in the last week after work, once at 5.40pm and today at 5.45pm and both times you have been closed. I have waved at people in the window and both times just had someone shake their head at me. EXTREMELY frustrating when I make the special trip in to town.

this store will racially and economically profile you and the indian lady at the counter will make you leave your bags and follow you around the store while other costumers that aren’t profiled will keep their bags and be able to shop while being left alone and not harassed. This store needs to be investigated.

Great store for all party and cake making needs. Friendly staff are always helpful. Easy clean and today shop to find things in.
