It was pleasure to deal with Akila. Great customer service initiative. I got 1 year warranty at no extra cost where we usually get 3 months warranty from other dealers. Free tank of fuel, 1 year Rego and offered free new wof as the current wof was just passed 3 months only. Car was freshly groomed and cleaned the headlights and seat before handing the keys. I will highly recommend everyone to purchase vehicles from them so you don't have to worry about hybrid battery for atleast 1 year.

We have bought the 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV from Sterling Cars. We are from Hawera Taranaki and we have contacted the sales person Akila Karunarathne was very welcoming and provided us outstanding service. He has allow to do the viewing and test drive to my friend who live in Auckland. Even they have mentioned the service they have received were very positive.We have decided this will be the vehicle for us and we have confirmed our purchase. They have very talented team and vehicle has been perfectly groomed and well looked after. The price for the vehicle is very reasonable with the condition.I’m highly recommend this young team and the manager Aneesha Fernando and also the Randika Weerakkody. Everything went smooth and it was very satisfying purchase that we have done in New Zealand.

I needed a hybrid vehicle for my 1000km a week commute to work and Sterling has an amazing range to choose from, so what better place go shopping. Tess was extremely helpful in finding the right car for my needs and I bought a Toyota Aqua with a free 12 month mechanical warranty. After a few months there was a rare issue with a battery failure and Tess stepped up to support me in resolving this issue and I received a brand new Toyota battery, covered by the mechanical warranty. What I feared would be a huge problem was dealt with by Tess quickly and effectively. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Sterling and especially Tess.
