Have visited Teppy a few times now and can say I am genuinely happy with the service. Professional yet a light hearted and fun atmosphere. The combination of the beautiful space, people and quality of work make it worth holding out for an appointment. I get the brow lamination and tint combo even though my eyebrows are tattooed on, they are a little old now and appear smudged and blue. So these two together believe it or not make them appear more natural (obviously manicured). I find the first day or two they are quite bold but they tend to settle in fairly quickly after that. We are very lucky to have Teppy and her team in little Whakatane as the quality of their work is quite hard to come by here x If you’re pondering, don’t. You won’t regret it
