Mr Penn is so lovely and made me feel really calm and explained everything in detail. Got my seconds done and will be coming back for any more that i want to do. I did almost pass out and he took amazing care of me and knew exactly what to do. Thank you!!! Best experience ever!

I got my nose pierced today. Went in quite nervous, but was totally put at ease with the professional and safe way I was looked after. I’m really happy with the piercing, it was a hygienic and easy process start to finish. Thanks for the great job. -Jaimie W

Went in for a conch piercing, fit me in same day and put me at ease throughout the whole process. Really good at what they do and pay attention to client comfort and sanitation. Definitely worth the time taken to make sure the piercing is done right. Great experience and great conversation!
