Had my doubts after checking the reviews and took a chance. Awesome service, had jewellery repaired, 1 bracelet and 1 engagement ring, was quick and efficient for the bracelet repair as it was onsite, but the engagement ring took longer than expected as it was off site, overall happy with repairs and service provided, look forward to see how quote goes for personalised necklace pendant

Jason has been very helpful to my husband in the process of choosing a diamond ring. He was quick to response, giving practical advice based on his personal circumstances. The well designed diamond website allows you to browse a wide range of GIA certified diamonds with carat, colour and pricing options.The only downside was that Jason sometimes forgets what he promises regarding the details of the final product which can cause disappointment and frustration. I had to remind him sometimes to make sure things are going okay.Overall great store.

I took my eternity ring in to have it resized and soldered to my wedding and engagement rings. When I picked it up it looked fantastic and fitted perfectly. Always use NZ Jewellers. Great service A++

Took my grandmother’s gold rings in to be cleaned. They didn’t even notice that one of the stones had fallen out during the cleaning process, until I pointed it out to them. I appreciate it’s an old ring, but surely that is taken into consideration when cleaning and handling.Quoted a cost for repair, and given the stone back in a bag, but not happy that they didn’t notice a missing stone themselves.

I have dealt with NZ Jewellers for a few years now, first getting a custom engagement ring for my partner and from that amazing first experience me and my fiance went back to get our wedding rings made. I honestly highly recommended Jason, Jen and the team. Incredible quality at an amazing price. All 3 rings show the detail and quality. Very friendly, incredibly helpful and went through every detail. Will definitely be back in the future.

We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it. We have been back many times to make sure my partners engagement ring and wedding band fit perfectly, and they have done exactly that. They never complain about us coming back multiple times. They charge reasonable amounts for repairs, and they always give a pretty close estimate to what works will cost. You feel like a valued customer here and not just a number.
