Came in to the store a few weeks ago and had the worse customer service. No one wanting to serve me and my sister. We would have spent good money but I guess if you don’t look rich no one is nice to you. Such a shame, think your staff need some basic customer service training and maybe some cultural sensitivity training.

I recently stood at the counter for a couple of minutes trying to buy something for my son, but two young staff were too busy gossiping with each other and ignoring me. I guess I looked too old and uncool to buy? I left and spent my money elsewhere, I am told they have a good range so an extra star for that, but awful customer service. Be young if you go in there.

my cousin did modelling for this place and was very pleased with the outcome. would’ve been 5 stars BUT THOSE BULLIES TOOK HIS PHOTOS DOWN and now they make no money because they don’t see a handsome man on the website.

Brill store range of great brands such as carhartt Gramicci and Nike ACG, which isnt common in new zealand and real friendly+nice staff. Always stop by when I'm in wellington

the prices are way to high and things are never in stock. the quality of the products is good, however they are there for $$$. Some employees are very kind but some won’t even look your way when you walk in the store :( wish I would of been noticed.

I've been collecting sneakers for years and Jack Herd and his team at the Wellington store are the best. They have excellent customer service and go the extra mile for their customers. They also have some hidden gems there if you are a collector or want shoes that other stores don't have

Pretty shocking experience....ordered a jumper and some shoes online but i needed to return the shoes to change size. I sent them back to Cuba St as per online instructions with courier tracking but they managed to lose them....the manager was nice on the phone but didn't call me back or respond to my emails....now i own a $500 jumper and i cant turn off their spam in case they decide to come back to me....wicked!
