I have been buying supplements since March 2020 just by random search. It has many more products compared to chemist warehouse targeting my personal needs. However, last year in July, they sent me a product that was expired in 3 months and I wrote an email to them without any feedback, I also tried to call but no one answered. That is the only disappointing thing.

After a false start where I somehow ordered a product that wasn’t in stock I gave these guys another shot. I’m very happy I did. The free shipping is very quick and extremely free, not to mention the products don’t seem to incorporate the shipping as they are cheaper than almost all other places. This is great because it means I can purchase a single supplement I’m low on instead of waiting to place a bulk order to save on shipping.

Thank you very much for quick delivery! I didn't want my family to have to search for vitamins as well as groceries at this time so glad I found your firm. Also magnesium tablets were half price of the chemists where I usually buy them being an easy to swallow type supermarkets do not stock them.

Found out about Vitamins NZ a few weeks ago( March 2020)Fantastic company to deal with. Not only great prices but communication amazing re deliveries excellent Free and prompt delivery. Really worth a recommendation to your friends.We especially like the special hand written cards they pop in to to say thank you to their customer. Says a lot and such a special touch. Excellent service on the phone, young guy was very helpful and made sure our parcel was sent out soon as order was received in the afternoon. Parcel arrived the next day, with extra 'treats' being; a pill box, supp samples and 2 protein bars! You guys have really outdone yourselves not only on price, but on service and extra touches too! Very impressed :-) We buy pretty much everything online so we've experienced every level of service before. Keep it up!!!
