Left hair looking like plugged into an electric socket. Uneven at the back and didn't remove damage I asked for removed. Would not go back

Sarah was amazing, I popped my head in to cheekily as for a wash and blow dry as she was closing up, she cheerfully said yes and did a great job. I don’t live in Chch but if I did this level of service would definitely keep me coming back!

Just moved to Christchurch and looking for a new hairdresser. Unfortunately this is not the place. Very dull and tired vibes from the salon and staff. I've also never been charged extra for drying my hair before? Pretty disappointed for what I paid.

I'm very disappointed from the service and results done by Alison.I asked to do my growing roots in a light color and towards the end of the job they needed extra color and after applied on my hair it ended up the worng color (much darker), the place said its can't be fixed and if i want to hide it i need to pay for it.Terrible service and they did not take responsibility for they mistake. Definitely not coming back.
