Great, easy and quick service plus very nice staff. Got offered a good amount of cash for my old car and handed it over on the same day. They even gave me a ride back to my hotel! I would definitely recommend them to everybody who wants to get rid of their car as fast as possible and make some cash at the same time :)

Called Taha Auto Group to wreck a car. Described condition of the vehicle to them exactly and agrees on $200 scrap value with a signed agreement. They said they would turn up same day and no showed. They turned up the next day and refused to pay for vehicle and tried to make us give it to them for free to cover the cost of coming out." We declined. We have now realised that they have stolen batteries and various car parts from our property. They have blocked my number. Eventually I managed to contact them through a completely different number they hung up on me. They are trading under multiple different names including Kia Kaha

I called today to see if I could do a trade in for my van and cash my way. I told them turners offered me 5k. They tell me to bring my van to view so I did. They then tell me to drive up the road to where the cars are and said they'll contact the guys to say I'm on my way. I get to the car yard and find out no one is there. I call the number on the sign and get an answer. I tell the guy the details of my van and the 5k offer I got from turners. He asked me to wait at the yard for 20 minutes as he was in way. Then says 8 mins the 2. All up I waited over 40 minutes to be told they can offer 3.5k they wasted my time knowing the other high offer I got and still gave me a low price. Wasted my time kms ony van and petrol. If I was able to give no stars I'd give that. They are the worst to deal with as you give good vehicles and they give you the worst price offer.

Nothing but a scam, pick my car up, said they were transferring the money to my account “never happened” and no contact since.would not trust

SCAMMERS!!They offered me $250 for the car which is fair enough. Payment never came through so I message them many times with no answer. It wasn’t until I called them when someone said they would make the payment. A couple of days later I got a payment of only $150.I am giving them 2 days to receive my full amount. Otherwise I will report them to the police.

If you want to waste your time, I highly recommend this shop. They promised to pick up my car one day, but they didn't contact me that day. And in the end, suddenly cancelled the work. That's a shame. They just said plenty of excuses and refused to take responsibility. whatta joke
