Great workout environment. Exceptional staff. Perfect gym for the beginner and those with years of lifting experience wanting to achieve their fitness goals. Multiple Squat racks & benches, and rarely do you have to wait for equipment. Solid machines and a very clean gym. Highly recommended!

I joined this gym a month or so ago. The facility is good, price is reasonable and staff is really friendly, so I definitely recommend it. Toilets smelling strawberry are a plus :)

Clean, and Tidy Gym, cardio and weights area are nicely separated from each other, could have more variety of weight machines.. Otherwise, overall looking forward to training here again in the near future. Cheers Mel

Flex Fitness Point Chevalier
Another top notch Flex gym, came in after hours to use as my son comes here a lot. Equipment is great and love how the cardio is to one side and weights to the other. Recommend to join this club.
