The best for rope and all its accoutrements. I went in to get some halyards and they applied decades of collective experience to helping me solve the problem as effecitvely as possible, given the budget.From now on, I’m buying all my rope from them on principle.

Not very impressed with these guys at all. Tried to buy a CMC Clutch through them, went through their website which had it for sale and in stock. Bought and paid for. Got an email the next day saying that in fact they didn't have any stock and it would be a few weeks till stock arrived and could I wait. I requested a refund. That refund took 4 days and 2 emails to get from them due to systems errors on their end. End result, a week of wasted time and no clutch. Will not be supporting them again and would warn anyone considering it to get in contact with them and confirm stock levels before sending any money. It's 2021, not any excuse for this type of thing.

Sent the wrong product, blamed the supplier and tried to make it my problem. After a 12 minute phone call with a lady 2 weeks ago arguing that i should pay to return the rings then pay AGAIN (so paying shipping 3 times) to get the correct product, she said she would send the correct order (only $3.60 worth of stainless rings) that same day. Fast foward over two weeks, still haven't received them. I wouldn't trust these people to run a warm bath.

One of the last remaining real chandlery that's got good quality gear.

highly recommend the new Steiner Navigator Pro 7 x 30. Try them, you just don't know how good they are compared to anything else on the market. I know a lot of guys who would welcome a good Christmas gift for a change.

The new store is amaising and they have free parking right outside the door.
