I was very pleased with the outcome even though we did not pursue forward into contract.Simon Spice was very thorough and saved us up to a hundred thousand plus in renovations if we had taken on this property. We would recommend Betta Inspect It first to any buyers before entering into contract or negotiations.And we caution to all buyers if theres no report done then the vendors are hiding more than the eye can see and everything they say they tidied up was a cosmetic touch up to disguise the real problems. Believe me an inspection is definitely a must because at the end of the day agents want their commission and vendors want their property sold. They dont care about us the buyers.
