Took my watch in for repair, picked up 2 months later (they kept saying they needed to order a part which I have found out since, they butchered). Retrieved watch and was told irreparable. Took it to a reputable watch repairer and was told the guts had been butchered however they can repair it. Minus 5 to those cowboys in the mall!!

Nice and friendly, however I had to go back as the 2 house keys I got cut did not work. After leaving the shop for the 2nd time the keys still did not work. I went back and got refunded. Big waste of time.

Took a pair of shoe's in for repair, good job, quick turnaround and fair price. Recommended. Thank you

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCKSMITH!!!I was charged $320 for a replacement key for my car which they didn't programme properly and now I'm left with a car that don't drive and a brand new useless key which can't be fixed from a REAL locksmith and now have to get auto electrician in which will cost me loaders then tried to blame me because they couldn't fix the problem .rude service,blame shifters and arrogant as.reccommended never come here take your money to people who know what they are doing and no the car is not the problem blame shifter.aa road side and Toyota rotorua both said its not mechanical it looks like u have wipe or mucked up the reprogramming on the key so your 10 yes experience taught u nothing because you couldn't fix a fault even with a computer.yes you did give me a refund but I had to threaten with higher powers to get it.maybe get more training in the industry might help cheers

Rang Dr Shoe in Eruera St today to ask what time they close. 12 Midday he said. I turned up at 10.45..... closed. Not happy so googled and got Hi5 Services. Fabulous fast service and great prices...my go to now. Thanks Hi5. See ya later Dr Shoe.

Helpful, good job done, reasonable price

Asked the guy in the shop if he could change the battery in my car key. Sure he said it would be about 5 minutes. He put new battery in then charged me NINETEEN DOLLARS!!! I won’t be going back there ever!

Fast and efficient service of replacing my watch's battery within 5 mins. Casio G-Shock battery replacement for 24NZD as of this date. Bit pricey than I have expected, but I do hope it is a long lasting battery.
