I have been for a prospective wheel alignment 3 times and each time the workers are lazy, disinterested, too tired to get up out of the smoko room and serve a customer. I would gate to be the boss paying their wages. The whole business is a disgusting waste of space. How you get service from this place, I don’t know. Never again!!

We were stuck up the Kauaerenga Valley near Thames needing a new tyre, on the way to going hiking up to the Pinnacles. Frank came up in the afternoon while we were away hiking and removed our wheel. He got the right size of tyre in, and came back the next day when we got out of the bush, and put the wheel back on our car so we were underway again, without delay. Great and friendly service thanks!

Needed a puncture fixed on our car, while touring this part of NZ with our caravan.Very pleasant technician, fixed while we waited.He also checked pressure on other tryes , all good.Great service, top job, thanks, would recommend

Good service, friendly staff, helpful advice without being pushy. Their is plenty of room to park and turn a large vehicle. No reason not go to Coopers tires. 5 stars.
