Rocked up with signs of a very busy night. Asked for a meat pattie, of which they had sold out. Went out of their way & made us some from scratch. Absolutely stoked with the level of customer service they provided. Extremely friendly staff & awesome chips.About time Amberley got a decent F&CThanks Tony!Just an update.I’ve now been named Meat Pattie Boy. Massive thank you to you guys for making amazing food. Holy moly the shoe string fries are amazing! Definitely recommend a meat pattie with em.

Went to this fish and chips shop to enjoy some food. These guys know what running a good business is. Well oiled machine. Food was awesome and lots of it for a good price. It’s a bit of a drive for us to Amberley but going to do it next week again. Thanks for the lovely food and the friendly smile.

Passing through Amberley today, chose Amberley fish and chips based purely on their reviews, didn't feel like risking the two dairies.Have to say I'm pretty glad I did.Superb service and amazing food, good sized scoops, nice thick elephant fish in light crispy batter and one of the best burgers I have had in ages. Got plenty of seats for us to eat inside and a full range of my favourite Bundaberg drinks !Nice clean shop, plenty of parking and friendly staff.Next time I'm passing, I'm definitely eating here again.Restaurant quality at takeaway prices.

Onion sausageCurry roll1/2 scoopNot great to be honest. The chips were pretty good, and it wasn't overly greasy, it was cooked well. Unfortunately it was let down by both the onion sausage and Curry roll being super salty (the actual items not the seasoning after being cooked). Like, too salty for me to eat. Onion sausage had a strange herb (maybe sage?) which didn't really work and not much onion. Both would have been much better with probably half the salt. I'll try again in a few weeks and update my review.

First off, nice modern clean shop. Lovely, polite staff. I ordered a fish and cheese burger and 1/2 scoop. Both were fantastic. Will definitely be returning. 10/10

Impressive. The chips are thick hand cut and perfect. One scoop is a generous helping indeed. The blue cod is so fresh and a decent size also, with perfectly judged light golden batter to die for. A quality experience. I can't stay away since discovering this place under new ownership a month ago. Diet will have to wait till next year. My tip: ask for vinegar on the chips if you're old school. Had a great burger there too several times. But don't miss the blue cod and chips when you pass through Amberley. Top friendly staff and best quality fish and chips I've had for ages.
