Just had fish chips, oysters, pineapple fritters and crab sticks with chips . Fish was Hoki they ran out of snapper batter fell off but the fish was moist and nice. Enjoyed the rest of my meal so nice not to cook . Thank you for a lovely meal

Amazing gourmet burgers last night, and beautiful battered fish (blue-nose). Great value, too. Has a little outside courtyard. Will definitely come back next time for the steak and oyster burger.

Really disappointing meal. Ordered 3 hoki, they were half the size of our local fish n chip shop. Chips had way too much salt. Pineapple fritters had barely any batter on them. The burger however was really nice.

Extremely lovely lady owner and the food quality is excellent at reasonable prices. My wife loved the blue nose with wonderful crispy batter, but my favourite is the scallop and bacon burger, yummy. Call in and try the food you will not be disappointed, see you there may be.

The last time I got fish and chips from here the chips were still a bit frozen. They hadn’t cooked them long enough. They were busy but it’s still no excuse. My sister and I wouldn’t have fussed over waiting a bit longer for chips to cook. This place is only good for a quick feed when you have no time to cook and don’t really care about the quality. I think they could really do well if they improved their business. These are like the 3rd owners of this place. It’s a shame they keep going on and out of business. I see potential for this shop but the right owners just haven’t come along.
