I have known Ali for many years and wholeheartedly recommend her. She is an outstanding craniosacral practitioner. I trust her to do exactly what it is she feels needs to be sorted out. I can honestly say that when I am having a treatment, I relax completely.

Ali has been treating myself and my family for many many years when we have needed it, following traumatic events such car accidents, motorbike accidents and general wear and tear on the body, including child birth.Having craniosacral therapy has been crucial to the wellbeing of myself and my young children.My children have had cranio treatment as new borns and during my pregnancy with them. They are now 4 and 6 years old and often ask about when we will next see Ali, they enjoy their treatments just as much as I do!It is always a delight to see Ali, and we are always left feeling rejuvenated. :)

I have had several sessions with Ally. The best part is the quiet, serene space she has created. It takes little time after commencement of the gentle therapy I find myself very calm and relaxed. Ally is really knowledgeable about the function of the body to encourage self-repair. I happily recommend Ally and Cranio therapy for anyone.

My teenage son had suffered with multiple concussions through rugby; and had to have two years off the field. During that time Ali worked on him to support his recovery. Thanks to her amazing work and the treatment, he did not suffer with a lot of the consequences of repeated head knocks and is now fit, healthy and back out on the field doing what he loves.

Ally is amazing at what she does. She is gentle, listens and even gives advice. The technique she uses is very gentle and warms your whole body, its like a big soft cloud is wrapping your body.I was struggling with a lot of anxiety when I started to see Ally. Anxiety gives me phobia as well, so back then I had to travel on the train to work and back home. It was unbearable, but after a couple of sessions with Ally, it started to get easier and easier for me to face my phobias. I highly recommend Ally!

I always look forward to seeing Ally because I know by the end of our session I leave feeling better and thoroughly relaxed. She is professional, very knowledgeable and really cares for her clients. My mother has also had a number of sessions with Ally for chronic back pain and found cranio therapy to be very helpful - thanks Ally!
