Woodend Beach Holiday Park
We stayed in a tent. Great camping ground for kids. However, we had a powered site to charge our car and were next to caravans which wasn't that great. It was quite loud until about 10pm, Drunken neighbours and party. Will request a spot amongst families with tents next time. We'll definitely be back.

I booked a powered site, we were allocated to a wet slippery grass site. The price is the same with other sites' but the facilities are really not fit for the price. The notice for the visitor parking in front of the reception is really tricky, just a nonstop cross sign. Hope the site can make improvement.

Really enjoyed our stay in the Campervan! The staff were friendly and all the facilities were nice and clean :) lovely hot showers (free to use) great location close to a really beautiful beach! Lovely peaceful and quiet stay! Will definitely come back if we are out this way again :)

Huge camp-site / holiday park with lots of different options available. Difficult in the wet with limited spots for RV but tried their best to accommodate us.Friendly staff with great suggestions of things to do and see.Paid for WiFi but couldn't access it.Timed showers but great pressure and temperature.Spacious kitchen.

Woodend Beach Holiday Park
This is the best campground I have ever stayed at. The facilities and grounds are top quality, great kitchen facilities, bathrooms, everything is clean and tidy. What a fantastic place for kids, playgrounds, a free ice block and a train! The owner goes above and beyond and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. First time camping here but won’t be the last, highly highly recommend.

Friendly and welcoming. Really well presented and maintained grounds. We were just visiting family but decided to go stay next weekend now. Great facilities and plenty for kids to keep busy with.

Lovely camp site. Lovely staff. A little muddy in some areas, but can't help that with weather. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and loved the animals too!

campsite is great, however, there is a hidden camera in the mirror in the showers. There are signs saying that there is surveillance, but why hide it in a mirror? People have to run out naked to push the timer button so the water works. I feel violated.

Very nice camping ground. It is a kids friendly park which includes play grounds, easy access beach, cycle tracks, few farm animals, birds...etc. Shared resources are little bit rusty including play grounds, but it doesn't harm. Kids love the daily Noddy train.It has plenty of space and not much busy compared to spencer park.

Very friendly and polite staff. Service was incredible. Paid for bed linen which was all goods. Location is central to both christchurch/rangiora. And far enough from the busyness of cities. Made my anxiety about being anywhere near christchurch, not so bad.
