I normally get pretty bad anxiety going to anywhere new, especially barbers as I'm not very good at conversation! With that said, my barber Chris was lovely and professional, asked good questions, and just got on with the cut while making small talk that I was comfortable with! the atmosphere and ambience is great and you can tell its a friendly and warm place to work. LOVED my haircut, left feeling fly as hell; will definitely be coming back!

Walked in for a haircut a few weeks back as it was one of the only places open. Haircut was ok, but very expensive. $40 for a cut that took less than 15 minutes seems a bit expensive (also the student discount doesn’t include tertiary students? which is unusual). I understand that I am paying for a barbers skills, but the haircut wasn’t anything special and was quite rushed. Service was okay, a bit impersonal and barber seemed irritated right from the beginning. Felt like I was being rushed out the door. For the price, I would have expected better service and a bit more time spent on the cut.

What an experience! I decided to get my long (female) hair cut off for shave for a cure and the team at Jetcharm were fabulous. They truly went above and beyond with the cut. To add to the experience they covered the cost given the cause. I would absolutely recommend Jetcharm they are one in a million! Thank you so much from your new Aussie friend

Love this place. We started going here to get coffee every time we were in New Plymouth, yum coffee every time :) and while getting coffee we kept seeing people leaving the place with slick looking hairdos. My boy had a couple of cuts there, then I got one. These guys are all highly skilled barbers, they do the tightest fades. Also has a great vibe and nice merch !

We took our son for a walk in, they fitted us in and he had the best hair cut he’s had. It was so good I got one. Was a fantastic. Next time I’m in New Plymouth I’m going to get the style and shave.
