I have used The Furnishing Affair for many years and have found their service to be excellent. I still love the colour scheme they suggested more than 20 years ago, the excellent-quality curtains and blinds they supplied are still providing perfect settings at my windows, and the cushions are still going strong as well. A beautiful shop to visit, with very sound advice given in a friendly, professional manner.

Extremely rude and unprofessional woman running the store, we were prepared to spend quite a lot of money on a curtain order today but she has now lost a good customer. Some people should not work in retail.

I love this shop and visit every time I'm in Raumati, Kapiti. There are many beautiful things to look at and Leigh and David are so welcoming and nice. We bought some cushions and decor then Leigh did a layout for my new bedroom where she put together samples of curtains, a bedspread and even some furniture. She has extremely good taste and knew how to take what I liked to make my room look beautiful.
