We approached Kirsten to help us with the interior design of our new build. We had no idea where to start as putting this kind of ‘thing’ together is not our strength.After a couple of conversations where Kirsten got to know about us, our lifestyle what kind of colours we liked, she presented us with options that nailed our vision. This included the colour pallete (interior and exterior), furniture, floors, kitchen & bathroom, and flooring and tiles. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome!We have found dealing with KFD an absolute pleasure. Kirsten and Helen are responsive and a pleasure to deal with, understanding that this is a huge investment for us and presented options within our budget… just all round lovely people :-)We feel very proud to tell friends and family that we worked with such a talented and well known interior designed to make our dream home come to fruition!

We engaged the incredibly talented Kirsten and the KFD Interiors team for interior design of our newly purchased home. We knew of Kirsten's design flair and that they were an award winning company so we were excited to have the opportunity to work with them!Kirsten spent time with us in our home (luckily squeezed in between lock downs) and she very quickly understood our style and how we used our spaces. She was very intuitive and in fact, from the initial mood boards we hardly changed a thing.She challenged us to go further than we would have done ourselves with colour and texture and the result is incredible. We love every single element and Kirsten and her team have made our lovely house a beautiful home filled with warmth, style and a place we are proud to entertain our family and friends in. From wall colours to entrance, dining, living and lounge spaces, furniture throughout, to kitchen hardware and lighting, everything is stunning, and flows beautifully.The process was smooth, incredibly well planned, professional and the KFD team were amazing to deal with. We did everything virtually as it was difficult (now back in full lockdown) to get full sized samples and to test out furniture and colours. But we trusted Kirsten totally and KFD Interiors over delivered on every aspect.Our home is filled with a flair and style we love, it's a reflection of us and how we live. And everyone who stays says it's not only beautifully designed but relaxing and feels like 'home'. Which is all we want for our family and friends.
